This 143-unit, 4 story multi-family mixed use building includes an additional two levels of underground parking. P&R performed the complete plumbing and HVAC systems. We provided the building envelope for ground floor commercial spaces, and completed tenant build outs such as: Caribou Coffee, Sports Clips, and Papa Murphy’s.
